500 gr tagliatelle
40 gr dried porcini mushrooms
50 gr butter
100 gr parmesan
150 gr olive oil
1 bunch chervils

Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted with AKTAIA sea crystals® boiling water for 7 minutes or according to the hardness that you prefer.
Soak the mushrooms for 10 minutes in 150 ml warm water.
Once cooked, drain the pasta, return to the pan, and stir in the mixture of butter, parmesan and mushrooms.
Add the olive oil and the chervils. Consider that Parmesan cheese is salty, before adding one more pinch of AKTAIA sea crystals®.
