Taste the organic fresh garlic (Allium Sativum L) produced in Spain that has not been treated with pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. This peeled garlic is 100% natural and is submitted to a controlled maturation process without additives or preservatives or any other ingredients.
It has a deep black color and a tender, almost jelly-texture. The taste is sweet, balsamic and syrupy with hints of licorice.
Antioxidant properties of fresh garlic are increased considerably with the fermentation process. Black garlics have all the properties of fresh garlic (antibiotic, antiseptic, good for defenses, fungicide, diuretic, expectorant, etc.). Contain 18 amino acids including glutamic acid –umami- and lysine.
It is produced and packaged in Spain.
