Made with the free-run juice of our Syrah and Garnacha grapes, it is characterised by intense aromas of strawberries, red fruit and violets.

Varieties: Syrah and Red Garnacha

Winemaking: Rose wine made with the free-run juice of Syrah and Red Garnacha grapes meticulously selected from the best vineyards in Barbastro. The grapes, at their optimum point of ripeness, are macerated separately for several hours to extract a must rich in fruity aromas. After it is cleaned in a natural , static way, it ferments at low temperatures to preserve fruit as a main feature of the wine.

Tasting Note: Crystal clear, with an attractive pale pink colour. In the nose it is very clean and fruity, with clear touches of strawberry, sweets, red fruit and violets. A very inviting wine, gentle on the palate.
