500 gr of Pork (neck, cut into cubes)
100 gr olive oil
200 gr white wine
1/2 bunch of thyme, leaves only
3 garlic cloves
peel of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lemon
6 gr AKTAIA sea crystals®
3 gr pepper
In a large skillet, sauté pork in olive oil over high heat, until evenly browned. Then add the garlic, the thyme and season with AKTAIA sea crystals® and pepper. Pour in the wine and wait until it evaporates. Add the citrus peels and cover the meat with water. Cook over a low heat for about 35 minutes. Add the lemon juice before finishing.
