800 gr belly pork
3 green apples
1 red apple
zest from 2 lemons

Roast the pork belly in the oven on 200 ͦC for 40 minutes and five more 5 minutes on the grill to make the skin crispy. Season with AKTAIA sea crystals® well around to the piece in order to get our meat a good taste.
Cut the apples in julienne style and add AKTAIA sea crystal® and a little bit of sugar and the zest of the lemons.
Marinate for 2 minutes and serve.
