1 litre of whole milk
2 fresh vanillas or 1 can of vanilla powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
200 gr sugar
50 gr cornflour
6 egg yolks
1 gr AKTAIA sea crystals®
Mix all the ingredients together in a pot and whisk over low heat until the cream thickens and no lumps remain. Then withdraw from heat, leave the mixture rest and cool at room temperature. Serve in small bowls and chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Before serving, add the strawberry jam on top.
